I follow the set up correctly, but why I cannot see my Web Cam through my browser?

1. It might be your Web Cam Server setting is not refresh after you update it.
Disable your Web Cam Server on your Multicam Server & Re-enable it. Double check your ports number are correct. ie port 80, 4550, 5550

2. it might be you browser WebCam plug-in is not setup correctly.
Go to Internet Explorer Browser, Select Tools menu -> Internet Options. Click Settings button -> View Objects...
Remove WebCam X Control & close all the windows.
Restart your Internet Browser & redownload WebCam X Plug-in.
